Humble beginnings

My name is Amanda Vandenburg. Twelve seemingly short years ago, after being denied marriage and insulted gravely, I decided to begin writing and performing weddings so that no one I knew or loved would ever be denied such a loving right again. I took it upon myself to learn the laws and logistics and being someone who is in love with love, I let the rest come naturally. Since then, I've written and performed hundreds of weddings, each personalized for each couple. In Twelve years, I'm proud to say I've never used the same vows or ceremony twice. I love a challenge and have risen to every occasion including, my proudest moment, a ceremony made completely of Tim Burton quotes and 4 additional words. I love love, and those who would let me help them express theirs. I've handled weddings that were near and dear to my heart, close family and friends, strangers from all over my local El Paso, and clients from all over the United States. My furthest client booked me from "down under" and traveled all the way from Australia to Texas to have me write and perform their ceremony. Over the years, I've taken my love for words and writing and transferred my skills to multiple mediums. I now utilize my skills to write and correct professional resumes, resulting in multiple new job opportunities for my clients. I am a notary who travels adding convenience to otherwise mundane tasks. I even assist with the preparation and filing of pro se documents for a nominal fee that beats all competitors. I started, a young girl with a love for words and a desire to make a change in the world. I have since found multiple venues through which I may inspire change.
